1 ..............I mean ONE

might ....just be a number after zero 

or the beginning after nothing

1.........might be time

which lasts for a second.....and ends with the blink of an eye

or years...........living together and growing old 

1.........might be a heart

Pure and young pounding to love

or old and tired still pumping love

1 might be a day

a girl met a boy

a day.......he proposed

and she nodded......with a "YES!"

1 .....can be anyother thing......

any date.....any moment...a person....or place

that will grow special.......like a dream

or difficult.....like a a nightmare

and will be remembered as 

ONE memory!

If I knew what love meant... I would have found you the day I was born

I felt love is never ending

when I saw papa never gets tired,

I realized love is permanent

when mumma smiled even after the long tired day,

I received love even in care

when didi stood always beside,

I discovered love was in fights

that I and chotu have till date ;)

I saw love has no language

because harry can only bark and lick!

love took many forms....

neighbours, friends, colleagues, 

teachers, kids, even strangers with whom we share a smile!

But to be honest

I never knew love meant YOU

not even on the day I met YOU.

With you; 

I FOUND love is unconditional

it has no age, caste, colour, name or even status,

it doesn't notice the clothes you wear 

what matter to love is that you are there.

I love you and I fear nothing

you mean everything

you play all the roles

Now life means YOU

Thank god...heart cannot be soul

Oh my ME !
So bright and beautiful
yet it is dark inside.....
I close my eyes
fold my hands and let loose.
I wish I fall,
on something I can call mine
yet.....
I realize there is nothing that this soul owns
nothing that it owes
It belongs to no one
this soul is free
and no one belongs to it
the heart may crave, may long
may cry out, may die
but it can never conquer the soul.

Not a cloudy day it was
yet it drizzled
I saw happy faces living life
I wish I too was one of them
But I had my fears of the aimless monotony

It rained the other day
everything that was settled deep within
floated & went with the water
that was the day I felt empty
Honestly........I felt better
Better and Alive !
like a baby seed
which was waiting for water
to give it....its life !

missing calls, defaulting everywhere, 

trying to understand things; as if 

assembling a puzzle; And

ending up with nothing in hand.

Is this really....all that I have today?

I can turn things upside down !

dream and turn it real !

stop and understand !
